Booking and Payments:
- A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure our photography services.
- Full payment is due 4 weeks before the event date.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will incur additional fees.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated in advance.
Photography Services:
- TheRoamingPhotographer reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, respecting client privacy.
- As per UK law, the TheRoamingPhotographer hold the Copyright of the images.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for photography at venues.
Client Cooperation:
- Clients agree to cooperate during the photoshoot to achieve the best results.
- TheRoamingPhotographer is not liable for compromised image quality due to uncooperative subjects or external factors.
Delivery of Images:
- The final edited images will be delivered within 12 weeks after the event.
- Clients will receive digital copies and may request prints at additional costs.
Liability:
- TheRoamingPhotographer is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or venue restrictions.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the photography services.
Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and ensuring a suitable shooting environment.
- Any damage to equipment caused by clients or their guests is the client’s responsibility.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- TheRoamingPhotographer reserves the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of any changes.
